My visit was great! Dr. Cravens was very knowledgeable about my problem. Examined me with care. Questions about other things that were happenin making sure if they were part of the problem. Made the referral needed. Made sure I understood what was said and shared with Caregiver things to do that would help me. Tests were explained well. I really enjoyed seeing her.

Kristen Cravens was great - listened, provided clear interpretation of X-Ray and determined the left hip bursa steroid shot would help with current pain, even though the hip joint itself is bone-on-bone - that wasn't where the pain emanated from. Will follow up as prescribed, waiting for PT call next.

During the beginning of the Covid pandemic was my first introduction to CRNP Kristen Cravens. Navigating through the healthcare system can often feel overwhelming but Kristen showed me warmth, attentiveness and genuine compassion. I felt supported and respected during my visit. I want to express my sincere gratitude her bedside manner has not changed in 2026.

I had an escort take me for an ultrasound and after that I asked to go back to orthopedic and the ultrasound waiting room attendant told the escort that I didn't have anymore appointments and that I could leave. I didn't get any discharge info, no call back info or anything.

The Dr visit

Check out was the issue I had. The guy was very unprofessional rolling his eyes and making sounds because I didn't know if I needed a follow up appointment or not.

My provider, Kristin Cravens, is excellent. She explained everything that could be an issue very well, laid out a detailed plan of action and included information on next steps should an injection and PT not improve the situation.
