Was able to stretch my esophagus more than anyone else and was confident he could do it and not just pass me along. By the time I got to dr. Withrow he was the 7th surgeon I had been referred to.

Dr Withrow is great!

Very complicated long answer with a referral to another doctor. I still don’t really understand what I was told by the doctor. I think he’s very nice but overly explains. I still don’t have a treatment plan. I’m just getting referred again.

Great professional staff.

All of the staff members that we interacted with were exceptional. They had great bedside manner, communicated thoroughly and clearly, were quick to be helpful, and took their time with us. We left feeling that we had been heard and that they were genuinely interested in helping us. And unlike some medical offices we have been to, we did not feel like we were just a number being rushed through the system.

This was a ""model"" visit. My appointment was with Dr. Withrow,and included someone from Dr. [ ]'s team. Withrow called in Caitin [ ] from Speech, and together, in real time while I was being scoped and with my family in the room, they openly discussed what they were seeing on the screen, resulting in better understanding by all involved, and clearer expectations. A real time, team approach, inclusive of patient and family.

Caring and thorough

Dr. Withrow and staff were so kind and thorough, explaining my situation. There was a long wait in waiting area to see the physician but front office staff and assistants were kind & explained the delay. I would highly recommend them to family & friends.

Being seen promptly less than 15 minutes to be called back and only 45. Almost unheard with most doctors today especially VA appointments.
