Dr. Hoover is fantastic and has made myself and my daughter very comfortable. She's genuinely interested in her patients.

Dr. Hoover was amazing with my daughter. She talked to her and made her feel like she was being heard. She gave very viable options for next steps in treatment. The lab staff was OUTSTANDING! My daughter was afraid to have her bloodwork done and they were patient and so kind.

Dr. Hoover was sensitive, caring, and thorough; it was my first time seeing her, but she seemed familiar with my history through chart review. Medical assistant Christina (sp?) was kind, welcoming, and went out of her way to make the room more comfortable for me.

It’s always a pleasant and smooth visit and Dr. Hoover is the best! She greets you with a smile always and very informative about your health and wellbeing and treatment options.

The nurses were freindly. The Dr. made me feel very comfortable and non judged. The ladies who take blood in the lab were so friendly. The ladys that set your appt are also kind. That is one of the main reasons I love coming to UAB. A lot of times people in health care are just so rude and grumpy and unkind for no reason and it makes me feel so bad .
