My reason for this score is because the moment from check in until after my exam with the doctor/nurse was very pleasant and I felt warm and welcomed. All of the healthcare members made me comfortable until I was finished with my exam.

Everyone so accommodating! I had a mammogram scheduled with an hour between appointments. Katherine Robinson checked & got me in immediately so I didn't have to sit around & wait.

The timing was great and the service to get in and out. I like that.

This was our first time visiting and the nurse attitude was extremely nasty and unnecessary so no we don't plan on returning nor referring anyone to the clinic.

I was greeted at the entrance with a smile from behind the desk on both floors . My wait wasn't long for my vitals temp and question exam . The young lady help me realized that I hadn't had a Pap smear done recently. I was placed in the room and the Doctor, CRNP student made sure everything in my chart was updated . I am happy for all the professionals caring staff guiding me to better health .

Office was a mess, nurse practitioner unprofessional with comments, rushed visit, medical records on file disorganized and I had to repeat myself over and over. Staff is very disconnected with patients. Not a pleasant experience.

The lab took longer than expected but otherwise everything went smoothly

NP didn’t pay any attention to me. Student did the visit and I felt slighted on this appointment. Trying to decide if I will return.

I always enjoy my visits with Kathy! It would have been helpful if she introduced me to her colleague? Student? Who actually performed my pelvic exam though. I don't mind being involved in the learning process, but I couldn't read her name tag because I didn't have my glasses on.

The appointment felt rushed. I listed several concerns with the provider and the tech and they were not addressed. To some, the provider replied “oh really?” And didn’t follow up further. I was given a brief exam and asked to come back for a follow up, the results of which would be communicated with me via the portal. Will not come back to this provider.

Very friendly professional and timely visit

The nurse practitioner who saw me was very rude. I wanted my iud out for preconception. Initially they said they couldn't do it even though they were doing an exam anyway. Then she asked me multiple times if I was sure that I wanted to try to have a third child. She then insinuated that the only reason I was going to be able to have a third child is because I made enough money to support it. The whole experience was very offputting.

My practitioner asked me ZERO questions about my GYN health history and when I brought up my concerns, she spent more time telling me what she couldn’t do instead of trying to talk to me about what was going on. She did end up offering me a pelvic ultrasound and a CBC “if I felt like I really needed it” but otherwise said any further work up was not in their standard of care. I was not listened to and I felt dismissed despite my concerns. My provider only offered one potential care plan and no actual investigative work up, despite not even taking a history.

Yes I hate having to go through a call center instead of being able to call the Leeds office ! There was no reason I should've had to wait so long to be seen when no one was even in the waiting room waiting . Call centers are very unpersonable !! I work at a Dr office so I get it

Kathy Robinson is the best NP ever. She is very careful when she is doing your exam and pap. I would never ask for anyone else to do my exam. She is great!!!!!!!

Nurse Robinson sensed my inhibitions when she first entered the room. Her go-to solution for everything is a verbal preset of ""try coconut oil"". She's more focused on saying why an app determines what can't be done instead of focusing on what can be done without sharing that same information in my portal for me to share with another healthcare provider. For what little she does, a no charge email seems more suitable.
