We were given a 12pm appointment. We were brought back after check in, the resident didn’t come in until 12:25. They didn’t come get him for X-rays until 1:05 and the doctor came in soon after. We were never told of any delays. Most of the office was quiet until about 1pm. I believe most went to lunch.

My son and I were checked in and left waiting for an hour without receiving any information; had we kept waiting, the medical staff wouldn't even have told me that the doctor was already fully booked. It was disrespectful to us and to our time.
