Took way too long to get an appointment

The nurse and Dr. Listened to my concerns and needs rather than ignoring the patient as many in the medical industry do. Thanks for hearing me.

She listened to us and gave us some common sense advice that gave us more options regarding my assimed teactions to antibiotics

This particular physician has had me wait for over an hour and half for each visit with her. I can understand it once, or maybe 15 -20 minutes late but she is excessively late and I feel that my time is valuable too. It is rude! If I were going to be that to my appointment, I would have the courtesy of letting her know. If I were to be that late for the appointment the doctor probably wouldn't see me. If I were that late for work, I would probably lose my job after a few times. I'm happy to say the respiratory therapy she arranged for me is great and I wanted to share that with her, but I am also on a time schedule. I was very disappointed with lack of punctuality not just once but twice. The first time I was a new patient and waited 5 months for the appointment then waited 1 1/2 hours after after my appointment time to see her. She needs a watch and a better scheduling system

My doctor is excellent doctor and she’s very understanding
