No one worked the bump list when the provider canceled her clinic. So I showed up only to be told that the clinic had been canceled. obviously, there's a problem with the method in which clinics are canceled and patients are rescheduled. This reflects very poorly on UAB and the management personnel.

UAB otolaryngology is far superior to anything found in Montgomery. Great folks. Same goes for the Callahan Hospital and staff.

This clinic is not patient focused. They care more about their staff than they do the patients. That's not good healthcare.

Kacy is a gem of a healthcare provider. She put me at ease immediately with her professional and charming manner. This is not my first interaction with her. She helped me solve a long standing problem I had with my nose and I’m now breathing better after my surgery
