From the first day I was contacted by the staff at UAB everyone was so kind and polite. When I arrived at the clinic the staff was so sweet. Everyone is so kind, concerned and friendly. Dr. Kanter is AMAZING!! She definitely makes your visit comfortable but assures you that you won’t leave without answering every question and concern you may have. I have never been excited about going to the doctor until going to see Dr. Kanter. I am very pleased so far.

I am beyond satisfied with this clinic. I feel everyone there is going to help us grow and learn how to live better with Sickle cell and how to navigate from child to adulthood. For parent and child... and Noone is upset or frustrated. They just want to help. And for that we are so very thankful. God is good.
