Yes, the 2 employees that you see at discharge to schedule appointments were the worst ever! I stood there for several minutes while they were having personal conversations and once I was acknowledged, they continued with ridiculous chit chat. If UAB trains employees on patient interaction- they missed that class. What a horrible representation of UAB. What happened to UAB customer service ? What an embarrassment! This was 2nd floor Neurology TKC

Wonderful Doctor and Facilities

More people need to know about the value proposition of receiving care from a neurologist. My own experience in receiving care through the uab neurology clinic has been life changing.

I’ve always been seen in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Dr Coleman really cares. She checks me out, asks questions & listens to what I have to say. Doesn’t rush me but is very efficient with her time. She cares about my health & my personal life. We drive about 3 1/2 hours for my appointment but it is well worth it.

People have always been very friendly. I rarely have to wait long. And the physicians always give me a lot of personal attention. I never feel like I am bothering them with questions and they are kind and compassionate.
