The staff could not be any nicer and helpful. I was hesitant about seeing the NP instead of Dr. [last name], but Jessica was great. Spent lots of time with me, answered questions, affirmed me. A very good visit.

This situation was result of a health emergency I had. I am greatly thankful that Acton Clinic personel quickly gave me follow-up treatment.

The nurses took our concerns seriously and took positive action. They found a medication error that had we were told incorrectly from a 4th floor Kirkland cardio nurse in Nov. 25.

Great people. I arrived an hour early and the staff offered me a drink and crackers. I was called back at my appointment time. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The NP was very thorough, listened to all my concerns, ordered necessary tests and medical devices, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. She took ample time to address all my concerns, never rushed.

Love the staff and the convenience for the clinic.
