It was a good appointment

Staff was good. The doctor came in. Did not touch my leg. Did not look at it. Just send me for an MRI.

The staff was very caring and knowledgeable! I was seen quickly. I was next seen by the triage nurse and she was kind, friendly, gentle, encouraging and all the other things you need in this situation. She made me feel like I was in good hands. Next, the med student came in and examined my foot. He was very polite and gentle. Next the doctor came in. He was very kind and friendly. He had extensive knowledge and shared with both the student and with me. He was conscientious in planning next steps. Thank you!! He (Dr Towns) helped me get an MRI quickly scheduled as well.

Dr Towns is fantastic. I work for another ortho group and could easily stay there for my care but I drive to GARDENDALE just to continue being under his care. After my WC issue is resolved I will continue with Dr Towns
