She did not listen to me. Referred me to the weight loss clinic and told me there's nothing she can do for me and referred me back to my PCP who referred me there.

We got a lot of information from our doctor.

It was all good!

Finally some reassurance that physicians do care enough to listen and assess holistically. Maybe the concept of diagnostician isn't a dead philosophy. Not interested in a pill. Interested in knowing what is happening and intervening specific to the cause. This visit restored what was becoming a shocking realization about healthcare and what it must be like for patients who do not have a healthcare background. Thank you for seeing me - UAB West team. From the ladies at the window, the caring staff who did all the things :) to Dr. J - relief and understanding. I really appreciated each of you more than you can imagine.

I just love the service I receive.

I have Adrenal Insufficiency and no one has ever been knowledgeable about it and able to manage my care. Dr. Jonnadula was absolutely AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable and was able to set up a Treatment Plan for my Adrenal Insufficiency and she also did the same for my Diabetes! I Loved Her, she is Great and I am going to let her take over my care for both of them! I live in [City, State] but it is worth the drive to come and see her! I have already recommended her to my Uncle to make an appointment with her! Also, Arika, Dr. Jonnadula's Nurse was Wonderful! She was extremely nice and talked with me about my care and is going to work with my insurance to get me the Freestyle Libre that Dr. Jonnadula said I must have! She was very concerned about making sure I got the best care I could get! Overall, my Experience with Dr. Jonnadula and her staff was Outstanding a 10 for sure and I will definitely recommend her to everyone! I just hope I get that type of care at every visit!!!

Every employee and doctor I met during my visit were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. My nurse or patient care assistant was so sweet and it was a pleasure to meet her. Her name was Cara. Dr. J was very helpful.
