This is the first visit with this Dr. We were very impressed with how she jumped on the problems. She even left her office and went to the Nephrologist office to check with him to make sure it was okay with him.

I feel like I'm chasing rabbits within the UAB system. The doctors are professional and caring, but come across as having to adhere to rules of time limits. I feel rushed and I can't seem to get any answers. I feel like I'm being passed around within the system, because no one doctor digs deep enough to find answers. Very frustrating experience.

As usual I’m always satisfied with the care and empathy shown by all the staff at 1917 clinic. This was the first time I was seen by the dr and she was very pleasant and concerned with my health.

Very disappointed with visit. What was addressed I had to ask for it to be done and issues that I wanted to have addressed were not. Medication refills not Ben addressed on visit. Had to ask for them.

She did not listen to me. Referred me to the weight loss clinic and told me there's nothing she can do for me and referred me back to my PCP who referred me there.

Finally some reassurance that physicians do care enough to listen and assess holistically. Maybe the concept of diagnostician isn't a dead philosophy. Not interested in a pill. Interested in knowing what is happening and intervening specific to the cause. This visit restored what was becoming a shocking realization about healthcare and what it must be like for patients who do not have a healthcare background. Thank you for seeing me - UAB West team. From the ladies at the window, the caring staff who did all the things :) to Dr. J - relief and understanding. I really appreciated each of you more than you can imagine.

Efficient, kind, courteous staff, Dr Jonnadula was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
