About Jason Vice
Biography
Jason Vice, OT, SCLV is an occupational therapist who specializes in low vision rehabilitation. After completing his post-professional training in low vision at the UAB, he continued his PhD research studies in vision science through the UAB School of Optometry. His clinical practice is focused on individuals with vision impairment from eye disease and brain injury and includes customizing a plan of care to maximize independence in everyday activities. His research includes developing clinical interventions to improve the use of vision using assistive technologies and other techniques.
Jason Vice is board certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and holds Specialty Certification in Low Vision through the American Occupational Therapy Association.
