I can’t say enough good things about UAB Sports Medicine, Dr. McKeag, Phil, and Brandon. From start to finish, the care and dedication were outstanding. You all genuinely care about your patients, and it shows. I’m beyond thankful for everything you’ve done for me. I just hate that Highlands took away the free parking across the street.

Dr Ian McKeag is a fantastic physician. He puts me at ease by explaining everything step by step. With my injections, the pain has been so minimum that I barely feel it. His assistant is so professional and polite.

This was my second visit with the worst doctor I've encountered in my six decades. I understand that younger doctors are perhaps less professional than my generation is accustomed to, but I've been seen by other young doctors who were all polite and prepared. This doctor is neither. I'd be willing to discuss the provider, though I presume it wouldn't make any difference. He appears to be the only option in this field that UAB offers. We'll likely switch to Emory or Vanderbilt for care.

The people checking in took care of people that just arrived in front of those that had been waiting.

Dr. McKeag was very good… and pinpointed the problem with the shot …using the x-ray he was able to take the pain away that I had for 5 months of PT❣️I was so much better/healed … and have my left arm back now… which had been like a wet noodle… useless with pain❣️Everyone that helped was good too❣️I am very grateful❣️

They got me in the next day after I called and stated I was in a lot of discomfort. Even though the wait was a little long I felt so thankful that I was given appointment so soon.

My first appointment was canceled without notification and I found out upon arrival that O didn't have an appointment after I had left work early for this appointment, I was then rescheduled for the next Tuesday and when I arrived I checked in and sat for over 45 minutes and n0one understood why I had not been called back...I canceled and left as I had to get to work. Overall horrible experience

Every time I have an appointment, every person I encounter is extremely kind. I have charity care, and in some situations being on charity care, some people make you feel bad about yourself, well let me just say, this office and the workers DO NOT DO THAT! They have the most respect for everyone that comes to their office. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank You all for being so kind!
