The medical team was excellent. The doctors explained options after reviewing my medical record and deciding to do further testing. I did not feel rushed and felt that both Dr. Chen and Dr. [ ] were exploring the best treatment options for me.

I went another place and I didn’t feel that I was at the right place although everyone was very nice, but I did a little more research on line and saw this Doctor on a speaking about parathyroids and I instantly knew that was where I need to be,so I called my doctor and ask him to made an appointment for me here. I truly think it was God timing to get me where someone specialized in what was going on with me, my parathyroid.

I THINK I WAS CALLED BACK TO LABS IN 10 MINUTES AFTERCHECK IN AND SHE WAS FABULOUS BECAUSE I AM DIFFICULT TO STICK-THEN UP TO DR. CHEN'S AREA-AGAIN, CALLED BACK IN 15 MINUTES AND THE TEAM WAS VERY THOROUGH AND I WAS ABLE TO GET ALL MY QUESTIONS RESOLVED AND I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT AT ALL TO SEE ANY OF THE TEAM---YOU DO A GREAT JOB!!!!
