It is too hard to get an appointment in a timely manner. Also, communication needs to be worked on. I was ignored for over a week, even though I was using the portal and could tell that my messages were being reviewed. I think they may have thought it was no hurry for me to get an appointment, but that should have been communicated with me to keep me from continuing to try and get a response from someone.

Everything was easy to get to. Was in and out in 45 minutes. I didn't have to wait, and wait for everything to happen. It was very expedited.

Everyone was amazing from the registration for my apartment to the appointment set up for me to have test done after the appointment. Everybody was simply amazingly kind and considerate.

Parking was difficult but otherwise the staff I interacted with were all great. Friendly, efficient, and professional. I will note that giving personal info and having vitals logged when sitting in a crowded waiting room for x-ray was not ideal and I'd prefer to do that in a more private setting.

I had a great overview experience. Will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

I was extremely happy with the care I received at UAB Highlands Orthopedics Clinic. I was not kept waiting for long periods, as in most medical institutions, they were actually ahead of schedule. And all the personnel: check-in, nurses, x-ray, doctors, nurse practitioner and check out, everyone I saw was knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there.
