Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Everything was well organized. Medical staff was patient and thorough and good listeners. They were responsive to patient's and family's needs and concerns. Medical conditions and course of treatments were explained clearly. Dr asked for patient's and family's input throughout the session.

Two ladies at checkin a bit disengaged. Sitting with personal phones on social media and talking to each other. I had to interrupt them to get attention. Checkout was very busy though lone clerk working very hard. She asked checkin staff to help. They appeared to be aggravated that they had to help.

The front desk woman were rude. And we're talking amongst themselves and hanging out. When the girl had to take my payment, they acted like I was interrupting them.

Although Dr was running hours behind, I was given excellent care and Portia was so pleasant and friendly it was difficult to be upset. She was a great patient intake nurse because she was so happy and understanding. She is a gift to the department. Dr Walker was also very kind and seems to be a great mentor as he asks questions of his fellows in a kind way to help them think deeper.
