Top notch medical care. People focused

I have known many of the nurses, Dr. Dobbs and Dr. [ ] for years. I always enjoy seeing them. They are always helpful if i have a concern or problem.

The lab tech that did my blood draw asked if I wanted a band aid or wrap. I answered wrap and after he took the needle out of my arm he slapped on a band aid. I miss the ladies that used to be in the lab.

From the check-in desk all the way to the back is always excellent customer service

My experience with this clinic is becoming increasingly concerning. The staff appears to treat patients as mere numbers, displaying a lack of compassion and concern for their well-being. I recently had a doctor enter the room whom I had never met before, and they proceeded to discuss my health without being fully informed of the facts. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of true privacy in this clinic. Additionally, the system was down, which raises concerns about the clinic's infrastructure. I am uncertain whether I wish to continue receiving care at this clinic.
