The appointment scheduling errors and changes were highly unpleasant, and two appointment letters by mail have been incorrect. One arrived after the appointment date. However, Melody [ ] responded to my portal message and, after several efforts, I was able to have an appointment with Dr. Walsh. The care I receive is fine. The appointment system failed this time.

Appointment time was honored and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time without feeling rushed. Staff was professional and kind. Dr. Walsh explained test results and was very thorough in examining and treating. She was an excellent mentor for the young physicians who were in training.

I have been A patient of UAB for A very long time. I have always, always been treated with care, kindness, love and respect ; each time that I’ve had occasion to visit the clinic or hospital. In my opinion, no one wants to be sick or in need of medical attention, but it’s a fact of life that in time we all have need for medical care. In any situation, I would rather be cared for by UAB doctors. This is my personal choice.
