Ms. Emily Burns listened carefully to my concerns about the communication to me about refilling prescriptions and my appointment schedule and made me feel that she understood and saw my point. She then reviewed my care and needs thoroughly - I thought she was excellent.

My PCP Dr. [ ] and CRNP Ms. Burns are all 10’s. the nurses are 10’s. I love the Patient Portal great source of information and Communication. This community is Blessed to have this facility.👍👍

Listen and made a plan for care

I was seen by Emily Burns CPN. She was very informative. I am taking my bp every day. I am also taking my bp meds again because my feet and ankles are swelling again. I am slowly gaining strength.
