I didn’t feel confident in the NP that I was seen by. I never received a list of psychiatric doctors that she told me she would get. I also was wanting a prescription of minoxidil and she said I may have to go to a dermatologist. I shouldn’t have to do that, I should be able to get this from Dr. [ ].

Nurse was tuned into my recent issues and checked out the problem I came in with very thoroughly. Very pleased!!

On a Friday morning, I felt I needed medical attention. I walked into the office and was greeted immediately. The desk attendant got someone to check my vitals; I was given an appointment with Nurse Practitioner within an hour. After a through conversation, she prescribed a new Rx for high blood pressure, which I had never experienced before, and I was on my way.

Easily assessable and able to get appointment when necessary. Kind understanding staff.

The nurse practitioner that saw me told me that ""everyone is a diabetic"" it's just how well we manage our blood sugar levels. I did not like hearing this. I always thought that depending on your blood tests results if your A1c was that particular number you were or were not a diabetic. I'm supposed to see Dr [ ] in [Month] I'll ask him if this is true...
