Yes. I am not please at all with my visit. The provider I had Elizabeth Lewis and I was not pleased at all. She rushed the appointment and dismissed me the whole time. She was in there for 5 minutes and I drove 2 hours to be seen. This is a research hospital that's suppose to give excellent care but you guys have not given me that the last 2 times I have been. I am very disappointed and I feel like your providers need to do better.

Yes you should not feel rushed during your appointment or feel as if your concerns are not being taken seriously there was no compassion nor understanding from provider really gave the sense I was aggravating her or getting on her nerves with my concern about the health issues I have experienced

I felt rushed and not heard in the recent appointment with the nurse practitioner. This was quite disappointing. I was so taken aback that I forgot two well rehearsed questions. In contrast my appointment at Kirkland clinic with the Dermatologist and resident was the opposite. Perhaps my best option now is the portal with the resident?

I had a very good experience. The same day after my appointment I spoke to a friend who is is having the same issues and I recommended (gave her contact information for) UAB Dermatology Clinic to her. My friend stated she will be calling the Clinic to get an appointment!

Terrible experience, was a wasted visit. Offered no assistance for solution, and the parking situation treacherous. Check in nurse was super friendly, the NP dry and no empathy, just like going to a car wash drive through.

Elizabeth is wonderful... great listener and super practical. I was in and out in 20 minutes... Ladonna is also amazing... love her!

The dermatology professionals and staff are excellent.

Personally, we felt rushed. That then set the tone for the rest of the 5 or 10 minutes of the appointment. We did not feel heard. In particularly, we did not appreciate being told that our provider should be updating our med list not Dermatology. Really! I'm pretty sure you need to know what meds are being taken to make sure you're prescribing the right medication. Anyway, we were not impressed.

Everything was great except the parking deck!

I waited for 35 minutes in the exam room, in nothing but a gown designed for someone four times my size with a room temperature of about 62 degrees. The wait would not have been a problem had 1)anyone let me know that there would likely be a long wait or checked in every 15 minutes or so, and 2) offered me a blanket since the staff were wearing sweatshirts and were well aware of the frigid temperature. We can do better for our patients. Otherwise a great visit. Friendly staff and good care.

Elizabeth (NP) was excellent communicating with me and clinically expert as she took biopsies and reassured me that she would make ensure someone would be in contact with me to schedule procedure with Dr. [ ]. That appt has been scheduled. The only problem was the length of time to get the appointments. While I understand the clinicians are extremely busy, I was not expecting a squamous cell diagnosis so I wish now I had pushed for an earlier appointment through the employee scheduling option. Wish we had, at least, more APPs.

Pleasant atmosphere and cleanliness of the clinic, friendly staff, short wait time for appointment, knowledgeable and caring physician and medical team. Do not have to pay for parking.

It's always such a great experience! There is never a long wait, rooming and the appt itself are so efficient while also giving you time to ask questions and address all of your concerns. The providers have all been knowledgeable and kind.
