The front desk person checking me in was not rude but she wasn't friendly. Seemed a little itritated.

My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:15 am and then proceeded to wait 50 minutes past my appointment in the waiting area to be called back to a room. By the time the doctor came in to see me, it was an hour and 7 minutes after my appointment time. That wait is unacceptable, especially that early in the morning. When the nurse came back to get me for my appointment, she asked if I was there for my thyroid. If anyone read my chart, they would see my thyroid is the least of the issues I'm seeing an endocrinologist for. Then, the doctor didn't know basic things about me such as my medication dosage, the fact that I had a twin high risk pregnancy (even though she saw me in the hospital after my c-section). After waiting over an hour to see the doctor, I expected that she could have at least read my chart before coming in to see me. Not one person apologized for the excessive wait.
