The nurses, staff, and doctor were all amazing!! Everyone was so kind. I got there almost an hour early and they saw me almost immediately and didn't make me wait. The doctor greeted me before the appointment began and then explained everything after the examination. It was a wonderful experience!!!

Dr. Ellington was exceptional! He even called me personally to tell me his scheduling nurse was currently out-of-town and I would received a call next week. Downside: The check-in window is unacceptable for the department. The lady in front of me couldn't reach the top of the plexiglass to turn in her paperwork. Covid is over and the glass needs to be removed. The check-in window is just stuck in the wall and it's very uninviting. The receptionist has to stand to retrieve each patients paperwork. What's up with the large and ugly plant next to the window as well? The decor goes from a baby grand in the front door to a hole in the wall within 20 feet. Plexiglass to the ceiling and a ratty plant. It's like the whole department was an afterthought. Just saying...

The staff are among some of the nicest and easiest to talk with and seem to be very knowledgeable and supportive. They listen and offer support and encouragement. They are always open and friendly and supportive. Dr Ellington is so kind and supportive. He listens and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or awkward. I was so unsure on my first appointment but he immediately made my visit with him easy and so helpful. Dr Ellington made me feel hopeful for a better future and he didn't let me down. He is so sincere and kind. My way of life is now better because of him. My only regret is that I hadn't met him sooner. This is a great group of medical professionals.
