Communication was straightforward. All of the individuals associated with my care from the front desk to all of the individuals who provided care were considerate and professional. Diagnosis and ultimate surgery were thoroughly explained with possible outcomes in terms of percentage. I also got to balance those percentages with the outcomes my particular surgeon. I felt confident but aware as I entered surgery. My outcome was fantastic.

David Aldrich, PA, was encouraging and expressed positivity about my progress toward my health care progress and explained what symptoms to report immediately. That was very helpful to me.

David Aldridge did an excellent job in explaining my MRI, methods of treatment, and reasoning! Very personal and professional. David took the time to call me the day following my appointment to confirm he had consulted with Dr [ ] and he confirmed, agreed with David's findings and recommendations for treatment.

The entire experience was completely patient friendly and professional. Everyone from the receptionist, valet, information station, check-in, nurses, and the doctor were all polite and centered on patients.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Aldrich was excellent in explaining to me my situation and how to deal with my condition.

Appointed arrival I only waited maybe 10 minutes before I see my physician.
