The provider is very through and the staff is very pleasant

I was extremely happy with my experience last Friday. The only problem I experienced was actually getting an appointment. My GP referred me the end of October and I wasn't able to get in until the end of January.

It is very comfortable there and the people are very respectful

The lighting was soft and the environment clean and peaceful, the elevators were soft & it helped put me at ease, my provider was kind & informative, she made motions to listen and do, I felt validated in my health pursuit & I am very grateful. The clinic for blood work & X-rays was efficient and moved very smoothly, the lab nurse that did was blood work was kind and sweet, the xray nurse that did my scans was understanding and helpful

Dr. Flanagan is awesome ,she spends time with patient an not in rush discusses thoroughly her thoughts an is very friendly

I am just so grateful that I was able to get in so quickly and start the process of finding out what is causing my pain.

I was seen 2 days after the ordered MRI; the films were shown and explained to me. Plan of treatment also explained. This was the first time I have ever received results in a timely manner.

The staff was very nice and informative. The PA was very informative and she took the time to explain in detail my MRI and the varies options available to help remedy my back pain. She didn't rush me. She answered all my questions.
