Everyone is SO KIND and helpful at the Hoover campus. I always feel welcomed and heard while there. Such a personable staff that cares about their patients.

The staff were competent and knowledgeable. However, I do not like that they did not perform a pap smear. I understand the new recommended standard. However, a lot can be missed, and it should still be performed if insurance pays for it.

Nurse practitioner Curry WIC 9th floor. She was very sweet . She explained step by step everything We did. We also did a time out to make sure it was the correct procedure

Spend more time with the patient. Especially concerning things like birth control, IUDs, and really anything that relates to fertility/menstruation.
