I have been treated by Dr Elmets and his staff for several years now. Their professionalism, and kindness are always present. His mole mapping MA, Lauren is very friendly and we even have a continuous dialog about traveling!

I would prefer to have another nurse in the room during my skin checks. The past few times, it had just been me and a male doctor.

I am always treated with respect and given the proper medical attention.

Staff follow-up after provider see patient. After receiving the plan of care from the provider, I waited 15 minutes and finally open the door to ask if my visit was completed. I observed staff on their phone who communicated ""Has the doctor been in to see you?"". Closing the loop on the visit would be a recommendation.

Even though they were short staffed this particular day, they were offering snacks to those waiting, and once I was seen, never felt like I or they were being rushed. I felt like it was a thorough exam. They are always professional and friendly every time I am here.
