My experience was absolutely horrible! I had been in the hospital a few days prior to my visit. This was a follow-up visit from that stay. When I arrived, I ended up waiting for a very long time to see the doctor only to be told that he was not in the office. When they finally got in contact with the doctor, he told them that he was there earlier and that I was not there and that he'd call me the following day. This happened over a week ago. I never even received a phone call.

It was great!

Wait time was very short. Everyone was very polite and helpful all the way to the young lady getting me to the car. The procedure was explained by the nurses and doctor.

Everything about the procedure was explained to me, and even the doctor who performed it came in before and after to explain everything to me. Nurses and support staff did the same.

Very disappointed with the physician. I have been struggling with gut issues/bloating for three years and waited 9 months for this appt. He told me I need to do some leg lifts and sit-ups as I am just aging and seem to not care that I am putting on weight in the gut. I work out consistently 5 days a week and walk 10-15k steps. He said to work my core more and embrace the age and stop seeing doctors. He did not listen. I felt ignored and beyond disappointed.

Everyone was so sweet and helpful and explained everything and was so kind to all the patients! 😊
