    Yes! EVERYONE there, from the check-in desk clerks to the triage nurses, to the physician's nurse, to the check-out clerks, could not have been nicer! I was embarrassed because I was late. They still treated me like a very valued patient, got me in a room quickly, and I waited hardly any time at all before Dr. Vaughan came in! I've been a patient of Dr. Vaughan's for a number of years now, and I just love him! He is detailed, but cuts to the chase. He tells me everything I need to know, but doesn't waste words. He is so knowledgeable in every area of medicine, but has gone the extra mile to help me understand my thyroid issues and always has the answer to any question ready or he immediately finds it. I trust him completely and that's not something I can say about most doctors! I am so glad the staff matches him now, in the performance of each of their positions. The added bonus is that they do it with an extra layer of pure kindness. If I could give higher than a 10, I would!!
