The appointment was for 10 a.m. At precisely 10 a.m. I was called back. I was treated with complete respect and dignity. The physicians were more than understanding, calm and helpful. I felt completely at ease, I felt that my concerns, fears etc were addressed, and then a plan was developed to everyone's approval. I have complete confidence in the care I received and will receive in the future.
