Excellent in every way..... the receptionist, my nurse and EKG technician, my doctor (Dr. Smith), and the checkout desk. Everyone was smiling, genuinely friendly, and highly professional. Dr. Smith did not seem rushed, but was very careful and deliberate to get the history right, review the chart, and embark on a well-explained treatment and evaluation plan. As a retired physician and more recent consumer of health care, this was one the best overall experiences I have had. Congrats to TKC and Cardiology for paying attention to the important details, focusing on the patient, and allowing time for an excellent physician to do an excellent job!
