Very friendly staff and always available to answer questions and call you back. I had surgery here two years ago and the planning and communication was excellent, but most importantly, Dr. Wei was recommended by my Dr in [City] because he is an excellent surgeon.

This was my first experience at TKC. My visit with the RT department for my PFT and then to see Dr. Wei was amazing. Everyone was so nice and I felt they all genuinely cared about me and valued my time. I work in healthcare in another town, and it was so refreshing to see how pleasant, respectful and attentive everyone was to all of the patients. Thankful for everyone at TKC!

Friendly, professional, efficient. The anesthesiologist was very comforting. Explaining everything and assuring me that they would take very good care of me. He was very personable, kind, compassionate but professional. All of the staff, from those in the halls not only giving me directions but walking me to my destination although they were not directly involved in my care. The transport persons were very kind. Everyone was kind. When under stress due to medical circumstances it helps so much to be treated so kindly.
