Great visit

Very professional and concerning

Dr. Jones is probably one of the most knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. I'm so grateful I found him for my son.

Dr. Benjamin Jones was very rude and honestly cruel to me and my husband at this appointment. I was told by Dr. Jones to ""get some grit"" ""no pain, no gain"" and he told me to stop seeing other doctors for other conditions because my treatment would not change. He also said that any cormobid conditions along with my FND were irrelevant and again, my treatment would not change. Dr. Jones shoved a referral report for PT/OT in my husband's hand and told my husband ""tell your primary to check his faxes"". At one point during the appt I respectfully asked Dr. Jones why am I here? Dr. Jones replied with ""I don't know. It's your appointment."" My neurologist here locally told me I could ask UAB about EDS and MCAS because of my family history. Dr. Jones would not address nor educate me on these conditions. My report from my neurologist here locally states ""concern for EDS and MCAS refer to UAB"". Dr. Jones would not help me and I left the appointment devasted and in tears. Dr. Jones diagnosed me with Functional Neurological Disorder in August 2025. At this follow up appt, Dr. Jones would not address my concerns and treated me and my husband like we were wasting his time. Because of this appointment, I have become discouraged in my FND rehab because of Dr. Benjamin Jones.

Dr. Jones listens to my concerns and brainstorms ways to cope in addition to ways he can help me medically. He is personable.

Very satisfied with the whole appointment.

Dr. Benjamin Jones listened well, throughly explained my diagnosis, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very respectful and open to discuss whatever concerns I had about my medical history and future prognosis.

Dr Jones is always pleasant. His staff is amazing.

Dr Jones and staff are wonderful... even as the last patient of the day on a holiday week everyone took their time and listened and talked out any questions or concerns I had.

From the moment I got on the phone because I was lost from directions, to when I pulled out and someone was waiting on me to guide me to where the proper place I needed to be. The worker at the desk and the EEG NEUROLOGIST Assistant was all so amazing, very kind to me. I was so nervous about the appointment but they made me feel so at ease and welcomed.
