Dr Benjamin Greene is a great provider. Kaitlyn [ ] is a great Speech Therapist. Both have helped me tremendously.

Dr Greene is great! His PA Allison is absolutely amazing!! She prescribed a nose spray that stopped by runny nose issues that no one has been able to do in 6 years since my radiation!!!

Attentive doctors and staff

The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The staff is so busy but they get to you so fast. It’s impressive. The lab is very fast also and always so kind and sweet, very good at their job. Dr Ben Greene is a FANTASTIC doctor! It’s always a pleasure to see his smiling face. He is a wonderful ENT. Each and every person I’ve encountered at Kirklin and UAB have been exemplary. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Dr. Greene explained everything in great detail concerning the reason I was there. I felt comfortable and began to feel that I can trust the doc and his team to sincerely take care of me. Thank you.

Everyone was friendly and efficient--the receptionists, the PA's, the nurse, the doctor. The doctor was running only a few minutes behind and quickly apologized when he entered the room, a gesture always appreciated.

Dr Greene is amazing! Kind, caring and compassionate. I wish everyone took the time with their patients that he does. The staff has also been wonderful. And this is the most punctual doctors office we have ever been to!
