Waited exactly 1 hour in waiting room after my scheduled appointment. Once called back, everyone was polite, informative and professional.

Appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. Arrived at 9:20am to sign in. Pre check in documents and copay completed online the day before the appointment. Made it to a room in the back to wait for the doctor at 10:20am, an hour after sign in. Was seen by the doctor at 10:30am, an hour after arrival. The wait time is ridiculous. Something should be done about this. On a good note, the staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Phan was very thorough.

Dr. Phan is great she checked all my areas of concern. Some were ok but some had to be frozen.

Dr Phan is always very thorough and takes time and explains treatments for all of my skin issues. She does so in a timely manner, explains the problems and tells me about her future plans of care.

It went smoothly only had to wait a few minutes passed my appointment time. Dr Phan explained everything she was doing & why so that I could understand.

They worked with me and I saw Dr. Phan quickly and she made me the happiest person on planet Earth for a moment when she told me my skin looked incredibly better. I appreciate Dr. Phan very much.
