HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPASSIONATE, PERSONABLE AND THOROUGH. HE SETS THE STANDARDS FOR WHAT A DOCTOR SHOULD BE. I CONSIDER DOCTOR LAND AS A FRIEND OF MINE. Front desk folks need to be more welcoming and professional. Less eating, talking with one another. I felt like I was imposing on them when I was making my next appointment and paying copay. Smiles and greetings can go a long way at a medical facility where folks possibly are not feeling well or are worried about test results. Dr land, his nurse and the technician that draws blood were all extremely kind. It's too bad I left with a no care attitude from the front desk. They are ambassadors for that facility. Sorry to be grumbling but you asked!🙂 I truly love UAB. My family has always had such wonderful caregivers.
