The medical staff is the main reason for the '10' rating ... their attention to my conversation during the visit makes me feel like I am an important part of my care discussion. Also, their knowledge, the completeness of the exam, professionalism and their overall friendliness. All of the other staff is professional and friendly.

I appreciated the sense of urgency you let me come in and see a RN who got me right in for an Ultrasound due to my recent fall and damage to my back. Everyone I deal with at UAB is great and seems to really want to help....
