Yes! I am receiving this message as if I was actually seen for this appointment. I was not. Receiving an electronic message notifying me of my doctors visit that did not occur because I was never checked in to be seen after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. My time was limited since I had to return to work and was forced to leave this appointment. The carelessness of the Patient encounter specialist to give the appearance, receiving my copayment and carelessly not given attention to checking me in to notify the clinical staff that I was waiting. However, I receive a message thanking me for a visit that did not occur. Totally dissatisfied.
