The nurse was just so real with me but also everyone there would answer me honestly about everything. Would not sugar coat it and I appreciate that more than anything!

Disappointed to hear my NP is leaving. But the care at UAB is outstanding.

UAB is the first gynecology clinic where I wasn't forced to undress to have a simple conversation. I felt heard and I felt like I left with a solid game plan for care. I genuinely could not be happier with how the appointment went.

from check in to triage to seeing my provider, everyone was very nice! I wish at check out they would've explained or given told me my appointment days before just scheduling them. Not a word was said at check out. No ""hello"" ""how you doing"" ""do these days and times work for you"" she just gave me a paper and said bye. I later had to call to change some appointments around and that could've saved me had the check out lady actually talked to me.

I am very pleasantly surprised with how amazingly friendly, kind and caring the provider was. In a time where healthcare providers are usually rushed and don't care, she was OUTSTANDING and truly cared about me. I'm grateful to have found her.
