I love my new doctor, Lecroy, because she was very warm and supportive. I felt at ease with her care.

Dr. Lecroy is a great doctor - friendly, thoughtful, very thorough, and attentive. Staff - especially Deborah - also are very helpful and thorough.

Getting to see my primary care doctor in person (as opposed to a telemed appointment).

The quality of care given to me as a patient is the main reason I would recommend this department. Dr. Lecroy truly takes her time and listens to my concerns. She also provides options for care and provides the information needed to make an informed decision.

I waited in room to see doc over 45 minutes yesterday. Over an hour wait the first visit with same doc. Why schedule a new patient at same time? Doc didn't even know my husband had passed away and I have seen her NP twice since then. Couldn't she take the time to read my file before coming into room? Her demeanor isn't very warm and welcoming either abd I am thinking about changing to another doc.

Yes, Naquaci in the lab did my blood test & she was wonderful! She was very friendly , professional and I didn't even feel the needle!
