Adam Baumgarten, MD

Dr. Baumgarten and his PA were thorough and clearly explained my diagnosis, options and risks so I could make a decision and schedule a procedure appointment.

The 5 score for appointment was because 1) the dr only did this surgery on certain days 2) I was not told the time until the day before the surgery. I myself like to plan things a lot better than day before.

Not to happy with how my surgery didn't see the issues that I'm going through now. And having to be handed to another doctor for a video chat

It went well and I am feeling much better today.I would recommend if needed to my family and friends.

Doctor, nurses, admin all amazing. Only issue was the follow-up visit is scheduled 6 weeks out! When you're in pain that's a big wait.

Surgery went well and all the nurses were exceptional

The doctor did not actually perform the examination. The nurse did and he went by her observation without actually checking behind her to see if he agreed with her- even though that is part of her job. Rather have the actual doctor see with his own eyes seeing I am his patient & not just take the word of his staff. He also looked at his watch several times during the visit and made us feel unimportant when we were asking questions. We felt like we were an inconvenience and he had better things to do. He literally was in and out within a few minutes and that includes us asking questions.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was called back immediately. Had very little wait time before seeing the provider. The nurse taking my vitals was extremely pleasant and courteous.
