She imparted information thoroughly, helping me process and comprehend details about my health condition and course of treatment. She did a great job managing my appointment in every way, including how and where to check out and exit, which I found very helpful. I could not be more pleased with the medical care she provided.

Pleasant experience but for needed painful test

Everyone was very friendly. This is hard appt for me to come to, since our mother had Alzheimer’s. Once getting there, everyone helped me to be at ease.

From check in to the end of the appointment everyone was kind courteous and professional.

My experience yesterday was extremely bad and I was totally disappointed because Dr Mirron and Dr Letang were not there in the meeting like they said they would and they didn't have my results from Dr Letang.

I am very impressed with the neurology clinic. Much better than my previous provider.

My time is just as important as the physician or NP that I am seeing. When my appointment is at 9;00am I don’t expect to be seen at 10:00am. I got up to walk out when they stopped me. If it ever happens again I will not return. I’m on a schedule also. I had an appointment to have labs at Kirkland Clinic at 10:30 and another appointment to see a different physician at 11:30. Had to have my lab work done at UAB Highlands. Lab not near as good as the one at Kirkland Clinic. Not satisfied at all. NP was really nice once I got to see her but she almost didn’t get a chance to see me. Also supposed to be scheduling a sleep study and I’ve heard from nobody.
