Abigail Jones, CRNP

I saw Dr. [ ]'s PA, Abigail, for this appointment. She was very helpful in giving me additional information about two medications that have been prescribed that helped me make decisions about each. I'll pursue both lines of reasoning.

She was patient and listened to my problems, made useful suggestions. With neuropathy, not much more can be done.

The Medical Assistant (the one who took my vitals etc.) was very unpleasant This was my FIRST interaction with a UAB employee that was terrible!!

I was really disappointed in how surface-level my neuro exam was - I told my provider that I felt weak on one side, but she didn't test my strength. It was very in and out with little attention to me or to what I was experiencing. So, it was disappointing.

She took the time to listen at my concerns and gave me a referral to therapy to help my condition

It was very quick and thorough. I felt heard and satisfied with my care.

I received excellent service and I will be returning soon. Thank you for being so kind and informational.

Abigail Palco Jones was extremely proficient, knowledgeable, and professional. She imparted information thoroughly, helping me process and comprehend details about my health condition and course of treatment. She did a great job managing my appointment in every way, including how and where to check out and exit, which I found very helpful. I could not be more pleased with the medical care she provided.

Pleasant experience but for needed painful test

Everyone was very friendly. This is hard appt for me to come to, since our mother had Alzheimer’s. Once getting there, everyone helped me to be at ease.

Everything told at this visit was made light of & completely opposite of the previous diagnosis given, therefore causing major confusion.

From check in to the end of the appointment everyone was kind courteous and professional.

My experience yesterday was extremely bad and I was totally disappointed because Dr Mirron and Dr Letang were not there in the meeting like they said they would and they didn't have my results from Dr Letang.
