The NP & Doctor always listens to my concerns & explains plans in detail. I do not feel that anytime he is pushed for time .

Amazing staff, very friendly and efficient. The CRNP was amazing, actually listened and was able to pretty much diagnose me, I had a procedure the following morning which proved his diagnosis right. Also amazing bed side manner.

I saw a nurse practitioner instead of the physician. The nurse, however, saw me 30 minutes early.

I had a great visit. Richard was my PA. He answered all of my questions in detail. Prescribed the appropriate medication. Very professional.

Richard Ketcham, the CRNP I saw, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked many detailed questions, including quite a few that had never been asked by a previous provider about the same issues. I left the appointment confident that we are on the right track.

I didn’t have to wait past appt time. Loved the kindness attention and advice offered. Results of advice has be phenomenal. Love everything about this visit. Can’t say I have experienced this anywhere else but UAB clinic. Thank you so much.
