    Karin was so kind and thoughtful during our conversation. She helped reinforce my efforts in weight loss, and provided insight on new or different ways to help me achieve my goals. I am looking forward to working with her during my journey.

    I had a good experience at the weight loss clinic. I feel like I will be successful this time at reaching a healthy weight. I am motivated because I don't want my ckd to get any worse. Also, I am excited to be able to do some phone appointments, as I live an hour and a half from B'ham.

    The entire experience was great. The only thing I had was location because of parking. Parking was a little bit difficult

    Karin has been so encouraging, supportive, and helpful in guiding and partnering with me on my weight loss journey. Today I'm down 27 pounds, by tracking my calories, watching my portion control, helping me choose foods that fit my palette, and exercising.
