My interaction with the office staff was pleasant. I was taken in for my appointment, timely and most importantly the provider was extremely thorough, courteous, great listener guided me through a game plan better than any other ENT has done.

I had to wait half an hour before being called back to an exam. room. Dr. Grayson, her resident, the nurses and techs are all very nice. I am sorry she seems to be making appts only on Mon. and Fri. (I greatly appreciated her successfully appealing United Healthcare's initial refusal to approve a very expensive patented drug for my allergy-related sinusitis.) The person who gets a gold star for consistent friendliness and helpfulness is the guy who checks in patients at the front window. Thank you, kind sir!
