Friendly NP, with two NP students shadowing. Thorough history of present complaint, then verbal recall exam questions. Did not discuss results of CT done in [City]. I then saw the MD for less than one minute for introduction, review of initial plan for care, and opportunity to ask questions.

It was an amazing visit. The facility and staff are 2nd to none. They made my wife feel at home and treated her with care and respect. I would not think of taking her anywhere else.
