The provider should ask questions using words the patient's can understand and not ask questions she already has the answers to showing on my chart.

They didnt have any of my records and the doctor did not have any kind of bedside manner
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 1/23/2026
Horrible bedside manner. Didn't listen, or seem to care at all to help me. Just wanted to give me medicine as bandaids, when I've failed all medications prior. Falsified information on my chart claiming to have felt my stomach and did an exam, which didn't happen. Accusations were made about medications I strictly told them I didn't use nor could I use if I wanted to. Charted my vitals wrong. I had a all around Horrible experience with Dr.Hameed. She has no interest in helping patients. Seems to hate her job.

Doctor needs to listen. Show some compassion. Be understanding. Hands on. No physical assessment performed. Very standoff. Rushed. Dismissive of symptoms with severe lack of empathy for. Quick to give suggestions, however, slow to implement.

Dr Hameed takes her time with her patients and explains everything in detail and listens to her patients when asking questions or addressing concerns. Very thankful to have found her, hoping to get me much better soon.

Pleasant experience

The doctor was able to make changes in my medications to try, and she knew of other medications and treatment plans to try if this one did not work. My local doctor said she had done everything she knew to treat me.

They were very helpful and thorough. I was waited on in a timely manner and the nurse practitioner along with Dr. Hameed were very nice....

That was the easiest and most efficient drs appointment I ever had in my life, and because I have a chronic illness, I see a LOT of doctors. The nurse who took my vitals was very attentive and thorough. The NP, Sean, actively listened to me when I described the problems I've been having. He didn't immediately discredit me the way I've had some doctors do when I mentioned that I had googled my symptoms before coming in. He was very kind, especially when I was very anxious. After speaking with Dr. Hameed, he took the time to explain to me the treatment plan, possible side effects, and what the scheduled procedure would look like. Dr. Hameed took my list of symptoms, created a plan to handle each of them, and answered all the questions I had.

I feel a more thorough decision was made for me concerning my health.

Waited about 6 months for appointment. Waited an hour to be seen (I was early for apptmt). Dr didn't bother to see me (appointment was with dr). Np was very nice and listened but clearly no prep or overview of hx of my condition had been done by anyone. I was asked if I wanted a follow up appointment. Went ahead and did it for Oct. Now suddenly im referred for endoscopy without being told why by phone or portal. I had told np about my 3 previous endoscopy including most recent one this year. Get the records before making me do that without explanation. Unprofessional.

I appreciate the nurse practitioners taking the time to be thorough and really get a sense of what's going on, and brining lots of great suggestion back!

Everything was great just feel like the doctors should communicate a little more
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/22/2025
The doctor just act like she didn't care and didn't want to see what the problem is.

I left feeling very frustrated. There was a language barrier that I felt like impeded understanding both ways.
